Orlando's Island Oasis


There are more then a few things to understand when coming to the Oasis…

First of all, to find the Oasis please ignore all the intelligently placed and brilliant construction signs that read, "Road Closed." This information is no different from any other governmental and state B.S. you have to endure here in FL. Basically, it too is Wrong. The road is not closed - just the lane.

Secondly, Yes, there is a lot of construction but this is Florida. When is construction not going on?

The third thing to understand is that it is really close to everything. You have Full Sail, UCF, Valencia and Denny's all within the area. So if you're a binge-drinking alcoholic, you'll have no worries about a long ride to your, "I need to sober up before I get A DUI" hang out. Also, the money you spend downtown just to park can now be used for a couple pitchers of beer.

Lastly, instead of doing that whole, "if you're coming from here crap," we decided to be intelligent about the whole thing and provide you with a map. If you're still challenged, you can click on the map and it takes you to "Map Quest" where you can type in your address and have it magically provide you with all those, if coming from options.
